Hi all, back again. And so its been ages since I've actually posted anything, primarily because, well, the NYC marathon didn't happen for me in 2010.... What a bummer that was, but literly no way to get any training done with the birth of our second child in March 2010. So here I sit, broken hearted, paid a dime and got nothing started. So where's the good news you ask? Well, considering I actually quit running altogether again for the last 12 months (except for the sporadic jog in the park) I've gotten myself back in the saddle again, and have been going running for the past 2 weeks. Painful from a mental and physical point of view, but getting out again feels great!
